Purpose of first coaching call:
- Introduction on both sides
- Re-explain the tools used during coaching
- Weekly goals and rhythms
- Set up your coaching relationship
Prepping for the Call (15-20 minutes):
- Review the agenda for the call / look through the tools once more
- Review results from their personality test
- Have your folder for the resident open and ready to take notes.
- Pray!
