You will be responsible to both initiate and guide all coaching meetings for your assigned residents throughout the support raising season. It is our hope that you will have an average of one touch point a week with your residents. The suggested coaching rhythm is to alternate between 3 weeks of individual coaching (1 on 1 coaching ) and then a group coaching on call once a weekly basismonth. So, if you have 4 residents, one week for 3 weeks you will meet with each of the residents for a 1 on 1 coaching call and the following week, you will facilitate a 1 hr, single group coaching call for all 4 residents together. Please expect to be available at other times throughout the week for texts, emails, and quick calls with your coachees.
