In addition to the services provided on the Highmark BCBS website, Guidestone offers access to 1095-B tax documents and plan information on its website. You can set up an account by following these steps:  

  1. Go to my.guidestone.org, and select "Register now with MyGuideStone."
  2. On the next page, fill in the requested information.
  3. You will then need to answer a few questions in order to verify your identity. 
  4. Once you have verified your identity, you will be asked to select your log in information.
