With a Health Saver plan, the insured pays for the entire cost of the prescription drug until he or she has reached his or her deductible.
Health Choice (2000 or 5000)
With this PPO plan, co-pays for preferred and non-preferred brand-name medications, which had remained stable since 2004 with GuideStone, increased January 1, 2016. Generic drug co-pays did not increase. Specialty prescriptions were reclassified under a new tiered structure, which includes generic, preferred and nonpreferred, with different co-pays at each tier. Participants may contact Express Scripts to inquire about how their prescriptions will be classified.
