The Reliant board has approved a 3% raise for all Reliant missionaries for 2017. If a missionary seems to warrant an additional salary increase, Mike Swann, Missionary Resources director, will discuss those with your church/ministry leadership in during in November. Salary Missionary staff levels and salaries will be determined by several key factors. To determine the Ministry Level, we consider scope and burden of responsibility, formal training and years of experience related to the role. New salaries are based on these factors, as well as cost-of-living factors (inflation and geography) and job performance.
