This year, Reliant Missionaries are being asked to submit an evaluation of their Ministry Experience. (This Ministry Experience evaluation replaces the Supervisor Evaluation from prior years.) This evaluation meant to provide the missionary an opportunity to evaluate their overall experience of their role, team and supervisor .
Dates to keep in mind
Now-April 30: Complete the evaluation October 1- November 1: Evaluations – Complete an Evaluation of each of your Reliant Missionaries and share submit by sharing with CoriAgustina.CrawfordVanOss@reliantKarpiuk@reliant.org.
- April 30November 1: Deadline for Reliant to receive your evaluation.
- May November 1-31: Schedule 30: Compensation Review conversations between Mike Swann and local supervisors.
- November 22 : Deadline for Scheduling an appointment with Mike Swann
- for the Compensation Review.
- Reliant will send out a follow-up email in to November to schedule this time. Please reach out to Agustina.Karpiuk@reliant.org at any time to get this on your calendar.
- June 20December 15: Compensation Notices go out to missionaries.
- July 15: Deadline for missionaries to accept new salaries.

- Complete one performance evaluation spreadsheet for each missionary you supervise.
- First Tab of Evaluation – This must be fully completed for the missionaries you oversee.
- Second or Third Tab of Evaluation – These are to be completed for missionaries if you believe they may be close to a promotion to a new staff level. Complete either the Missionary tab or the Pastor/Minister/Ministry Supervisor tab, depending on their staff level. If they are not close to a promotion, you may skip these tabs.
- Meet with the missionary you are supervising and provide him/her feedback.
- Reliant carries the value that each missionary receives an annual evaluation of their progress, performance and fruitfulness. As resources providers to the local ministry, missionaries need to receive regular constructive feedback regarding. If you handle this feedback in another context, that is great. The minimum commitment of Reliant's Partner Organizations is to give solid feedback at least once a year.
- Share completed evaluations with hr@reliantwithAgustina.Karpiuk@reliant.org by Sunday, April 30.
- Please be available for a phone call with Mike Swann between May 1-May 31. These calls typically last 20-30 minutes. We will review together changes needed in ministry levels and salaries. We will send out a sign-up for times as May approaches.
- The missionaries will be notified of their new salary offers on Staffnet in mid-June. July 15 is the missionary's deadline for accepting the offer and setting new support goals.
