1. Weekly coaching, in form of regularly scheduled meetings, review of your MTD progress and timeliness in timely communication.
2. Weekly intercession for you.
3. To support you as you seek solutions, perspective and guidance for the demanding responsibility of support raising.
4. To do my best to keep in step with Scripture, your local management, and Reliant, and to be accountable to them.
5. To be both humble and honest with you, even if I need to say things you might not like to hear.
   
   

I ask that As the one being I coached agree, before the Lord, , I am asking you to:

1. Be present at all coaching  coaching times and timely in communication.
2. Be a learner, willing to receive input, doing assignments given while being honest as we interact together.
3. Work the agreed-upon hours toward MTD ; which is  (generally 40 hours per week week). 
4. Accomplish weekly MTD tasks, including MTD Timecard, PMR (Personal Ministry Report) & check-in with your coach (me).
5. Maintain presence in your Christian community and with the Lord personally for spiritual sustenance and personal accountability.
