Salary levels and salaries will be determined by several key factors. To determine the Ministry Level, we consider scope and burden of responsibility, formal training and years of experience related to the role. New salaries are based on these factors, as well as cost-of-living factors (inflation and geography) and job performance.

Now-November 1: Complete the evaluation of your Reliant Missionaries and share with hr@reliant.org.
- November 1: Deadline for Reliant to receive your evaluation.
- November 2-30: Schedule with Mike Swann a time for Compensation Review.
- Reliant will send out a follow-up email in November to schedule this time.
- December 15: Compensation Notices go out to missionaries.
- January 15: Deadline for missionaries to accept new salaries.

The Evaluation is available as an attachment to this emailCreate a copy of the performance evaluation by clicking this link.- If you have trouble opening accessing the Excel Google form, please contact hr@reliant.org.
- Complete one form for each missionary you supervise.
- Complete the first tab of the evaluation form for ALL missionaries.
- If you believe that it may be close to time for a promotion to a new staff level, complete either the Missionary tab or the Pastor/Minister/Ministry Supervisor tab, depending on their staff level. If they are not close to a promotion, you may skip this step.
- Meet with the missionary you are supervising.
- Regarding With regard to how much of the evaluation you share with that missionary, we do not have a policy. However, the evaluation is an excellent tool for feedback and growth. Passionate missionaries like to know how they are doing and how they can grow.
- Email Completed Evaluation Forms to Share completed evaluation forms with hr@reliant.org by Sunday, November 1st1.
- Please be available for a phone call with Mike Swann or Cori Crawford Van Oss between November 2nd and November 30th2-30. These calls typically last 20-30 minutes. We will review together changes needed in ministry levels and salaries. We will send out a sign-up for times as November approaches.
- The missionaries will be notified of their new salary offers on Staffnet in mid-December. January 15th is their 15 is the missionary's deadline for accepting the offer and setting new support goals.
