The Missionary Policies section of the field manual is a collection of handbooks intended to give our missionaries guidance where you'll find many of the policies and processes that are important in your employment or association with Reliant.

The information contained here is for you to know your responsibilities as a Reliant missionary, and policies and procedures that relate to your role.

This handbook is not a contract of employment, and is not intended to create contractual obligations of any kind. Employment will be on an "at will" basis unless there is a specific written employment contract that provides otherwise. Either Reliant or the employee may terminate employment at any time, with or without notice or cause, and for any or no reason. In order to retain necessary flexibility in the administration of policies and procedures, Reliant reserves the right to change, revise, or eliminate any of the policies and/or benefits described in this handbook at its sole discretion and at any time. Any modifications of these stated policies must be authorized in writing and signed by Missionary Resources or a Senior Executive level employee of Reliant. It is the responsibility of each employee to read and comply with the policies contained in this handbook and any revisions made to it.

This handbook contains a mediation/arbitration provision.

Every Reliant employee is responsible for checking Staffnet weekly for updates at a minimum, and staying current on updates and revisions to the Handbook. If you have questions that are not answered in this handbook, please contact Missionary Resources for assistance.

This current online edition of this handbook replaces all previous policies instituted by Reliant.

2. If you're not sure what you're looking for and want to see a more structured order of the pages in the Missionary Policies section, you can see that below.
