Based on the specific job duties contained with the job description of the GCM Reliant ministry position being applied for, GCM Reliant will allow dual solicitation of donors for another 501(c) (3) ministry or church in addition to GCMReliant. This solicitation must be made within the following guidelines and understanding:

  • The GCM Reliant ministry position for which the missionary is employed, and for which financial ministry support is being raised, will include financial development for another 501(c)(3) ministry or church in some form or fashion.
  • The initial contact with a prospective GCM Reliant donor includes setting the clear expectation that the GCM Reliant missionary may potentially solicit the donor on behalf of both ministries.
  • After being review by GCMReliant, it has been determined that the GCM Reliant missionary’s experience, character and fund raising perspective gives GCM Reliant management a high level of confidence that the dual solicitation will be handled appropriately.
  • GCM Reliant reserves the right to disallow any dual solicitation privilege granted to a GCM Reliant missionary, if it later determines that the privilege is being abused or handled inappropriately.
  • This privilege can only be granted by approval of both the GCM Reliant Executive Director and Director of Organizational Affairs.
  • It is granted only on a case by case basis and is not broad-based for all GCM Reliant missionaries.

This agreement will remain in effect while the missionary is employed by GCM Reliant or until changed by GCMReliant.

A missionary will need to fill out and sign the Understanding & Agreement for Dual Soliciation form.
