Before leaving for your international ministry location, contact the Finance department to discuss your banking plans and whether ATM reimbursements may make sense for you.  Typically, missionaries are not eligible for reimbursing to reimburse ATM fees, but as an international missionary, if it is necessary for safety or other reasons for you to withdraw funds using an ATM, you may be able to reimburse the associated fees.
