I signed in on my Reliant account but when I go click the link I am still getting the same error.
Make sure the link is opening in browser where you signed in. Sometimes links from email or websites will open a new tab in a window you didn't intend.
To make sure, you can copy the link, and paste the link manually into the correct web browser address bar.
