By submitting this form, the Reliant International Missionary acknowledges that they have authorized their Bank or Credit Union to accept deposits from Reliant Mission and they authorize Reliant Mission to make adjustments to wire depsoitsdeposits, as necessary, in order to correct errors. This authorization will remain in effect until the Reliant International Missionary provides timely written notice to Reliant Mission stating otherwise. In most cases, revisions to or terminations of this agreement must be received by the Reliant Finance Department, before the last business day of the month, for the change to impact the following month's paycheck wire.
