Employed Missionaries that have a counseling practice or coaching practice that is part of their Reliant Job description/time worked and for which revenue is generated are obligated to submit all revenue received from their services rendered to Reliant. All revenue of this nature will be assessed an admin fee based on Reliant's normal admin fee structure (in most cases a 12% admin fee will be applied, however minimum admin fees are applicable).  Checks and other methods of payment must be made payable to "Reliant" and must be clearly labeled/identified as counseling/coaching revenue. A Counselor Profile phone interview must be completed to initiate a Counselor/Coaching arrangement with Reliant.  Please contact the Finance Manger to begin this process. The Counselor Profile documents The phone interview will include the creation of a shared Counselor Profile document outlining the pricing structure that the missionary will use for their counseling/coaching practice. This document will be reviewed annually or as needed when changes to the Reliant Missionary's counseling/coaching practice pricing structure are made.  Please contact the Reliant Finance Manger to set-up a Counselor Profile phone interview and begin this process
