The Evaluation is available as an attachment to this email.

• You can also download the evaluation form by clicking here.
• You can also find it on staffnet under Employment- Forms- Performance Evaluation Template.  
• If you have trouble opening the form in excel please contact hr@reliant.org.

Complete one form for each missionary you supervise.

• Complete the first tab of the evaluation form for ALL missionaries. 
• If you believe that it may be close to time for a promotion to a new staff level, complete either the Missionary tab or the Pastor/Minister/Ministry Supervisor tab, depending on their staff level.  If they are not close to a promotion, you may skip this step. 
• Meet with the missionary you are supervising.
• Regarding how much of the evaluation you share with that missionary, we do not have a policy. However, the evaluation is an excellent tool for feedback and growth.  Passionate missionaries like to know how they are doing and how they can grow.
