First, please go to our Partner Essentials Transition page above and read thorugh it.

Second, please notify Partner Essentials directly that you would like to have them export your account and that you will not be make the move to Epistle. They will email you a spreadsheet containing your dataemail mtd@reliant.org (or reply to this email) if you are or haver been a PE user.  This way we can send dedicated updates to only those staff affected by this transition and ensure we assist everyone.

Third, (in the next two weeks) we will be creating an upload tool on Toolbox where you will then upload that data.  Our plan is to convert the data so that your notes, tasks, and contacts may be properly imported into MPDx.  The file the PE is providing can not be directly imported into MPDx and so this conversion step is necessary.

Fourth, (and last!) please email mtd@reliant.org (or reply to this email) if you are or haver been a PE user.  This way we can send dedicated emails to only those staff affected by this transitionAFTER we have launched the upload on Toolbox, please notify Partner Essentials directly that you would like to have them export your account and that you will not be make the move to Epistle.
