Starting January 1, 2026, our organization will transition from state-administered plans to private plans for Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) and Disability Benefits in the following states:

• Colorado (CO)
• Hawaii (HI)
• New Jersey (NJ)
• New York (NY)
• Minnesota (MN)
• Oregon (OR)

This change is designed to provide enhanced service, streamlined claims processing, and consistent coverage across states with paid leave and disability plans. Employees in these states will no longer file claims through state programs; instead, they will use our designated private plan provider, Reliance Matrix. 

*Please note that employees in the state of WA will need to continue to use the state-provided plan and claims process.
