The system will pay the oldest year of accumulated backpay first in the order of eligiblity of payment. Once the backpay that accumulated 2 years ago reaches December payroll of the now current year without being and is still not able to be paid, it is no longer eligible to receive on any future paychecks and will be removed from the system.
