  1. Strategic Planning
    1. Help set the vision and strategy for the ministry.
    2. Create a job description that is in line with the ministry vision
    3. Connect the worker with training opportunities for their ministry role.
  2. Accountability
    1. Meet at least once a month
    2. Discuss topics related to both their life and ministry. Not sure where to start? See Questions to Ask Reliant Field Staff Regularly.
    3. Complete an annual review with the worker. Reliant will send a template for this, or you can use your own.
  3. Care for Health
    1. Be curious and observe any areas where the goer may need more support for themselves or their family (physically, mentally, relationally, spiritually, emotionally).
    2. Connect the worker with helpful resources
    3. Engage Reliant and the Sending Church when more care is needed.
