Reliant's 403 (b) Plan includes matching contributions up to 5% of employee eligible earnings for our our Class 1 - Career employees. It does not match The employer match is raised by the employee and comes out of the account for which the employee is responsible. The match does not include the “ineligible” earnings including "fringe benefit" type earnings such as a ministry expense bonus, cell phone, and ERBs (expense recovery bonuses). The Reliant employer employER match is up to 5% of employee contribution. HoweveremployEE contribution; however, it is always traditional (pre-taxed) match even if the employee is contributing to Roth. (See See Traditional vs. Roth Contributions.)
