Upcoming dates to keep in mind
April 54: Employee completes the Employee Input section of the Annual Review and shares it with their Supervisor.
- For the College Program Team only: Pastors, pastor spouses, and board members will share this with their church personnel committee and supervisor.
- April 30: Supervisors complete the Annual Review.
- May 1 - June 5: Compensation review conversations between Program Team Leader and local compensation decision-makers.
- Reliant will send a follow-up email to church leadership once all your evaluations are completed to schedule this time.
- June 20: Employee compensation updated, and employee notified by email.
- July 16: Deadline for employees to accept new salaries for February paycheck.
