Annual Reviews and New Salaries Supervisors, we appreciate the ministry of supervision you provide our employees! Once a year, Reliant employees and supervisors evaluate their jobs and review their performances. After evaluations are completed, Reliant program team leads work together with Supervisors and/or the church or ministry's compensation teams to set updated salaries for the coming year. |

Upcoming dates to keep in mind
October 18April 5: Employee completes the Employee Input section of the Annual Review and shares it with their Supervisor.
- For the College Program Team only: Pastors, pastor spouses, and board members will share this with their church personnel committee and supervisor.
- November 8April 30: Supervisors complete the Annual Review.
- November 9 May 1 - December June 5: Compensation review conversations between Program Team Leader and local compensation decision-makers.
- Reliant will send a follow-up email to church leadership once all your evaluations are completed to schedule this time.
- December 14June 20: Employee compensation updated, and employee notified by email.
- January July 16: Deadline for employees to accept new salaries for February paycheck.
