Log into toolbox.Reliant.org using your Reliant email and password used to log into other Reliant sites. You can view your current medical coverage in the Benefits section. You can also check your most recent pay stub to determine what coverage and plan you have. Under "Other Information," it should say "Employer Pd (HS2000/HS3000/HS5000)." That will tell you what plan option you have. As for what plan level you have, you can take the amount under "This Check" and compare it to the graph abovebelow. |
