If you are using a counselor of your choice, and we do not have direct bill set-up with your provider, you can utilize the Expense Allowance form to recover funding. We will not be doing the 25% transfer for counselors that are not a part of our approved listYou will need to reach out directly to international@reliant.org to utilize the subsidy.
