Is your retirement savings resilient enough to withstand "Mayhem"?

I don't know about you but I find the Allstate advertising about "Mayhem" happening to your house, car etc. very funny humorous (due to some of the crazy stunts) but also very effective. 

Their advertising is meant to prove a important point: People can find themselves victims of a bad thing happening to their property at any moment.  Sometimes it's due to their own negligence and sometimes it's due to outside factors.  But...being prepared for those financially disasters is crucial to their abilty to recover and replace/fix etc the valuable assets that were affected.    

Retirement Savings can also be subject to factors that we control and factors that we can't control.

Throughout September, this year's "403(b) Month", we're going to highlight things you can do to strengthen your financial plans to protect your retirement savings from "Mayhem".
