The scholarship amount is up to $2,000, which will be transferred into the field worker's account.

Depending on the field worker's status, that amount may be transferred all at once at hire or in $500 increments over time. 

Fixed-term field workers (residents, interns, fellows, apprentices, etc.) are eligible to receive a one-time transfer of either $1000 or $2000 in Diversity Scholarship funds depending on their length of term and hours of employment. See the table below for the policy guidelines. Because there are often employment parameters that don't match one of the described criteria perfectly, Fixed Term will assess each situation on an individual basis before making scholarship transfers. 

*Part-time, fixed*Fixed-term field workers doing a 15-month or less first-year term who extend for an additional year are eligible to receive another $1000 for a maximum of $2000 in Diversity Scholarship funds.
**The maximum Diversity Scholarship funds for a single Reliant employee is $2000 in total.
