Gift Services needs to receive the following required donor information associated with the check gift, ideally before receiving the check: 

• Name
• Mailing Address
• Fund # for application
• One-Time or Recurring Frequency (monthly, annually, etc.)

Here are a few ways to submit this information:

• The donor can sign up on Reliant.org to start a new recurring gift. This is the Reliant preferred method. 
• The donor can fill out the How To Start Giving card and include it with their check sent directly to Reliant. 
• The missionary can fill out a New Gift Promise Form on Staffnet and mail or email it to gift.services@reliant.org.Toolbox and click the Notify Gift Services button.
