The MTD Activity tracking is found on Toolbox, the MTD Goal Worksheet, and the PMR (Personal Ministry Report).

These are the standard tools that Reliant new employees are introduced to during New Staff Training. Each new employee has been instructed to complete these tools prior to the MTD coaching session and submit them to the coach. As the coach, you will want to review how much lead time you need. They need to submit these in time for you to review them before your coaching session.

These two tools can be extremely helpful for both the field worker and the coach in understanding and analyzing the past week. It is highly recommended that the coach asks the field worker to get these submitted prior to the meeting, with enough time for them to be reviewed.

We are transitioning from tracking in Staffnet to tracking in Toolbox. If you have any field workers still being tracked in Staffnet, the following applies.

Toolbox Tracking

MTD Activity is the numerical analysis tool for the MTD process.  On this tool, the fund-raising field worker accounts for how many times they have taken the various actions needed for the MTD process. The goals can be decided on by the coach and field worker and put into Toolbox.

Since measuring only the end results (like dollars raised) may not clearly show the work being done by the support raiser or help you know what steps are needed next, the MTD Activity section measures key thresholds that need to be achieved repeatedly during the fund-raising process.  This tool shows the numeric accomplishment toward those threshold goals.

MTD Goal Worksheet

It looks like this and the field worker you are coaching will share their copy with you. This Worksheet will help both you and the field worker with what goals it might take to be done raising support by a specific date. Or to help project based on what weekly goals they're averaging and how long it might take them to raise 100% of their goal. It is helpful to remember and remind the field worker that this spreadsheet is just based on math and that it does not factor in what God can do or will do.

Personal Ministry Report

The Personal Ministry Report, or PMR, helps provide a greater narrative of fund-raising experience.  It also allows the Fund-raising field worker to focus and identify what they need most from your next coaching session.   For the coach, the PMR  provides a snapshot of the field worker’s week, which allows the coach to get the most out of the weekly meeting by focusing on areas of need as identified by the field worker.  For the field worker, it is an opportunity to reflect on the past week and prepare for the next.  This tool is helpful even for an in-person meeting because the preparation and focus provided through the report allow the one-on-one time to be used more effectively on supporting, troubleshooting, and setting plans for the coming week.

How to create an individual PMR per field worker

  • Go to Google and log in under your Reliant email address & password. Log in to a different Google account by clicking the circle icon in the upper right corner.
  • Once logged in, click this link: PMR Template. Upon clicking the link, you will be prompted to make your own copy. Click the blue “Make a copy” button.
  • Rename the form (top of webpage). Replace the words “Copy of Sample” with your field worker’s name.
  • Rename Question 1. Remove the word "sample" and add your field worker's name.
  • The last question at the bottom is the confirmation page. Edit to include your name and contact info. Your field worker will see this page every time they submit a PMR form. So, feel free to add an encouraging word, a reminder or. additional info.

To send the link to the PMR to your field worker

  • Click the blue “Send Form” button in the upper right corner. Remind the field worker to save this link because they will go back to the same link each week to fill out their PMR form.

To view PMR responses

  • From the form edit page, click "View Responses." This will create a spreadsheet.
  • Rename the title of this response page spreadsheet with the field worker's name (often Google does this for you. Just double-check to make sure)
  • FYI: Here’s a sample of PMR responses.  *These are a collection of real responses. Feel free to read through if you want to get a better idea of the info you'll be collecting in these PMRs.

To receive an email once a PMR form has been completed

  • On the form responses spreadsheet, click “Tools” on the menu bar.
  • Select Notification Rules
  • Select “Email me upon completion” and “Right away”
