Upcoming dates to keep in mind
October April 5: Employee completes the Employee Input section of the Annual Review and shares it with their Supervisor.
- For Collegiate Program Team only: Pastors, pastor spouses, and board members will share this with their church personnel committee and supervisor.
- October 31April 30: Supervisors complete the Annual Review.
- November May 1 - December June 5: Compensation review conversations between Program Team Leader and local compensation decision-makers.
- Reliant will send a follow-up email to church leadership once all your evaluations are completed to schedule this time.
- December 14: Compensation notices go out to employees.
- June 20: Employee compensation updated, and employee notified by email.
- July January 16: Deadline for employees to accept new salaries for August paycheck.
What to do next?
- Both Employees and Supervisors can review this entire page so that they are ready to complete the Annual Review when it is sent to them.
- Field Staff, watch your Reliant email inbox for an email with a link to the Annual Review.
- Supervisors, the employee will notify you when he or she completes the Employee Input portion of the Annual Review, so watch your inbox for that notification. Then, you will fill out the Supervisor Input section.
