In 2023, during the new payroll system conversation an error occurred with federal tax withdrawal amounts for those with older W4 forms (submitted prior to 2020). This error only affected those who did not heed follow the recommendation from Reliant to submit a new W4 form at the time of the payroll conversion. However, since there was an error in the conversation of the old form, Reliant is offering those employees affected a Tax Relief Bonus to help offset the payment of the taxes not withdrawn from their payroll between March through October of 2023.
