You only need to make handwritten thank you notes for people who have said yes to giving AND signed up. Of course, you're welcome to write thank you notes to whomever you choose, but with the busy-ness of MTD, we recommend saving them for committed donors.

Thank you so much for becoming a part of the ministry partner team with Reliant Mission and our church at the Ohio State University<your ministry>. It is great to be working with people like you as together we seek to reach people for Christ. We couldn’t do it without you.
I believe that your investments of prayer and financial support will come to fruition through many students coming to Christ at Ohio State. As a matter of fact, three students have already come to Christ this semester and two new Bible studies have started.
