As leaders in ministry, personal development, and spiritual growth should always be a priority. Intentional personal growth leads to growth as a minister of the Gospel. Reliant has created a PDP template and included it in your job description form. To complete your PDP, you will need to find the PDP tab in your job description, fill out the chart, and get approval from your supervisor. The PDP template is divided into four parts.
