In the Application and Reference Stage, applicants will fill out the initial application first.

There are three parts to this stage for the applicant:

• Fill out the initial application (Here, they will also send out their references. All references must be complete to move on to the Church Interview.)
• They will then be emailed a link to the Ministry Assessment. 
• Then they will be emailed their final questionnaire - Moral Conduct. Upon completing Moral Conduct, they will receive an email telling them their portion of the application is complete.
