Once the Reliant review is complete, we will send you an email tag you in the Discussion tab and let you know it is time to sign up for a time call with Mike Swann.  As long as your Breezy email notifications are set up, you will receive an email alert.

Image AddedWe will also send you a link back to your applicant, so that you can read Reliant's review before the call.

Together you will make one of three decisions:

• Provisional Acceptance: Applicant is accepted on staff pending background check and attendance at a New Staff Training.
• Application On Hold: The church and Reliant do not feel the applicant is quite ready to be accepted, but could be within the next 12 months. We will work together to create an action plan for next steps to help the applicant get prepared, and set a date in the future to reconnect about their readiness.
• Deferral: Applicant is not ready to be hired within the next 12 months.
