In addition, Reliant will be transitioning to a new process to maintain Job Descriptions for all Missionaries and Associates. You can find more details about the transition here (Missionary here Job Descriptions). While While it is not mandatory to update your Job Description during the Annual Review season, it may make sense to do it now as you will be asked to refer to your Job Description as part of the Missionary Input stage of the Review.
