Once the references are submitted and we have given the application a quick look overReliant review is complete, we will send the application off to Local Interview.Good news! Reliant has completed the assessment process for your missionary candidate, Jason Bennett.
Next steps:
• Read through the attached Reliant assessor’s report with information to discuss during our call together.
• Sign you an email to sign up for a time for our hiring decision. This call will take about 30 minutes. On it we will determine items such as salary, missionary staff level, ministry supervisor, MTD coach, and any conditions for employment.
o Click on the link below to sign up for a time, and Mike Swann (Director of Collegiate Program Team) will call you during that time.

We will also send you a link back to your applicant, so that you can read Reliant's review before the call.

Together you will make one of three decisions:

  • Provisional Acceptance: Applicant is accepted on staff pending background check and attendance at a New Staff Training.
  • Application On Hold: The church and Reliant do not feel the applicant is quite ready to be accepted, but could be within the next 12 months. We will work together to create an action plan for next steps to help the applicant get prepared, and set a date in the future to reconnect about their readiness.
  • Deferral: Applicant is not ready to be hired within the next 12 months
