There are a variety of options for receiving your paycheck in your international location. Please keep in mind , that any wire transfer to a foreign bank account will have Reliant Mission's name on the transaction. Currently, your W2 at the end of the year will also have Reliant Mission's name on it. We are able to provide paystubs under our DBA International Professional Associates. We are actively working on a solution for those workers in more sensitive locations.

UI Step

Direct Deposit

Reliant can deposit your pay into a bank account located in the United States.  You can submit your bank account information to the Employment Services Department by sending in the Direct Deposit Form.  See Direct Deposit for the google doc form.  If you are having issues with the google doc, you can email payroll@reliant.org.

To access funds from your US bank overseas, you can either wire it to a foreign bank account or withdraw cash from ATMs. ATM fees are reimbursable for international workers.

Reliant does not have the ability to direct deposit into an International bank account.  However, you can request a monthly wire.

Salary Advance

Sometimes International workers need to put up a large amount of money at once. For instance, a landlord may require several months to a year of rent up front. You are able to request a payroll advance for these situations. See Payroll Advances for more information and for the google doc form.  If you are having issues with the google doc, you can email payroll@reliant.org.
