Below are a list of sample questions. We may not need to hit them all and can focus on the topics that are the most relevant to you.

1. Please briefly describe your role.
2. What do you love the most about your role?
3. Which part of your role do you enjoy the least?
4. Please describe the type and frequency of supervision you currently receive.
5. Please describe any differences between the supervision/leadership you receive, and what you would like to see. 
6. Have you had any conflict with your supervisor or anyone else on the team? How was it resolved? Any unresolved conflict?
7. Do you believe that you are in the place where God would have you? 
8. What desires/ambitions might you have that you would like to explore (ex. further education, training, opportunities)?
9. Please describe the type and level of support you receive from the Reliant Office.
10. Please describe any differences between the Reliant Office support you receive, and what you would like to see.
11. Are there any other aspects of your role, supervision, or Reliant Office support that you would like to bring up?
12. How are you doing financially with MTD?
13. Any other notes or things Reliant should be aware of? 

We recommend you schedule the debrief within your first 2-4 weeks of being in the US. This gives you a chance to adjust to being back, but is not too far away from life on the field.
