New Staff: This course is accessed via a link that will be emailed to you. 

1. Once you click on the link and log in with your Reliant email and password, you will see a list of available courses on the bar to the left. Please select the course titled: Sexual Abuse Awareness Training. 
2. Training videos are designed to be completed at each trainee’s pace. You may close the page entirely and return to the point you previously paused. However, the Ministry Safe system does not save the point that you last completed. Before closing the page, please make note of your ‘spot’ (example: Section 4, 15:45). To return to the training, click on the unique link that was initially emailed to you from MinistrySafe.
3. MinistrySafe will track the completion of each course. You will receive an email from MinistrySafe providing you with a completion certificate. This certificate is for your records. MinistrySafe will notify Reliant that you have completed the course so there is no need to notify Reliant or send in your certificate.

New Staff: You can be enrolled in this course upon request.

1. All staff may also take the Skillful Screening but it is not required. You can take this course by requesting enrollment from hr@reliant.org.
2. MinistrySafe will track the completion of each course. You will receive an email from MinistrySafe providing you with a completion certificate. This certificate is for your records. MinistrySafe will notify Reliant that you have completed the course so there is no need to notify Reliant or send in your certificate.

1. You will receive an email from learn@reliant.org once you have been enrolled in this course.
2. Log into LEARN with your Reliant email address (ending with @reliant.org).
3. Once you log in, scroll down to the "My Courses" section of your dashboard.
4. Find the course titled: Preventing Sexual Harassment & Discrimination in the Christian Workplace, and click, "Start".
5. Training videos are designed to be completed at each trainee’s pace. You may close the page entirely and return to the course to complete it at a later time if needed. To return to the training, log back into LEARN with your Reliant credentials. Go back to "My Courses" and select "resume" on the training you need to complete.
6. LEARN will track the completion of each course so you will not need to notify Reliant.

New Supervisors & Leaders: this course is accessed via LEARN.

1. Log into LEARN with your Reliant email address (ending with @reliant.org).
2. Once you log in, scroll down to the blue "Catalog" tile on your dashboard to enroll yourself in this course.
3. Find the course titled: Manager Training: Quelling Misconduct, and click the green, "Enroll" button. Then, click the green, "Start" button to begin.
4. Training videos are designed to be completed at each trainee’s pace. You may close the page entirely and return to the course to complete it at a later time if needed. To return to the training, log back into LEARN with your Reliant credentials. Go back to "My Courses" and select "resume" on the training you need to complete.
5. LEARN will track the completion of each course so you will not need to notify Reliant
