- After completing the Missionary Input section of the Annual Review, the Missionary will share the Annual Review with their Supervisor and Personnel Committee.
- The Supervisor should check that the correct people have access to the document.
- The Supervisor and/or Personnel Committee will complete the Supervisor Input section. (Click here for tutorial.)
- Each church can determine how this works best for their environment.
- If the Personnel Committee is not involved directly in filling out the Supervisor Input, they should review it once it is complete.
- Personnel Committee can decide to implement the 360 Evaluation (now or later in the year).
- If the 360 Evaluation is used as part of the Annual Review, the Personnel Committee can use input from the 360 Evaluation to complete the Supervisor Input section.
- Personnel Committee/Church Board should determine who will meet with the Missionary to discuss the Annual Review.
- If the Personnel Committee determines that something needs added attention or elevation,
- The Personnel Committee should have a direct line to bring concerns back to the Church Board and/or
- The Personnel Committee can elevate concerns to Reliant by contacting the Program Team Lead (Mike Swann) and HR Compliance Officer (Julie Thomas).
- Reliant will send salary and staff level information to Personnel Committee and set up a time to talk about the Missionary salary.
- Although Reliant will share salary information directly with the Personnel Committee, the committee may reach out to supervisors, church HR committees, etc., for guidance in determining salaries with Reliant.
- The church may decide to have Personnel Committee determine the salaries for the entire church Staff if desired.
