Due March 31: Missionary completes the Missionary Input section of the Annual Review and shares it with their Supervisor
- For Collegiate Program Team only: Pastors, pastor spouses, and board members will share this with the Supervisor and their church personnel committee and their Supervisor.
- Due April 30: Supervisors complete Annual Review and share it with their Program Team at either collegiate.program@reliant.org or us@reliant.org.
- May 1 - June 3: Compensation review conversations between Program Team Leader and local compensation decision-makers.
- Reliant will send out a follow-up email once all your evaluations are completed to schedule this time.
- June 17: Compensation notices go out to missionaries.
- July 16: Deadline for missionaries to accept new salaries.
