This year, we are introducing a new, updated review. Here are a few distinctives distinctions to this new process.

  • This document will be a shared resource between the Missionary and their Supervisor.
  • The Missionary will complete their portion, and then share this resource with their Supervisor to fill out their portion.
    • Pastors, pastor spouses, and local church board members, you will share this with both your Supervisor and your church personnel committee.
  • The Supervisor or Missionary will share this Google Sheet with their program team at either collegiate.program@reliant.org or us@reliant.org.

The new Annual Review can be tailored to the job role. Like the previous version, the Missionary will add five to seven of their most significant ministry duties to the Review. However, then they can now select five ministry skills from a list (or add skills, not on the list) that are most necessary for their role and complete a self-assessment on those skills.
