Sept 15 - Oct 29: Evaluations – Complete an evaluation for each of the Reliant missionaries you supervise and submit by sharing with your program team (collegiate.program@reliant.org or us@reliant.org)March 10-31: Missionary completes the first
- Oct 29: Deadline for Reliant to receive your evaluations
- Oct 29 - Dec 7th: Compensation review conversations between Program Team Leader and local compensation decision makers
- Reliant will send out a follow-up email once your evaluations are in to schedule this time.
- Dec 16: Compensation notices go out to missionaries.
- Jan 16: Deadline for missionaries to accept new salaries.
