Due to travel restrictions in response to Covid-19, the supervisor should provide information about safety guidelines to international@reliant.org, notifyhr@reliant.org, and the international worker.  It should indicate the following:

1. Local Restrictions and expectations regarding quarantining or other measures needed upon arrival. 
2. Affirmation from the team’s field leadership that the team and those who will be in proximity to the reporting international worker are safe and healthy. All personal health information will be kept confidential by Reliant.
3. A summary of restrictions, requirements and expectations of the worker for safe travel and the worker's plan for fulfilling those. (Please include airline requirements for testing and PPE use in-transit.)

The supervisor and the International Program team need to confirm together the travel dates of the worker, so that safety of the worker and teams are guarded.
