Great.  In order to get your giving started we need to make sure Reliant has all of your information.  This form ensures that I have all the correct information to give to them.  If  you can write the gift right now, I’m happy to take that for you and make sure it gets to Reliant with all the right paperwork they need to set up your gift.  Reliant   You can send that first gift in with this card so they will set up your donor account and connect your giving to the account I'm responsible for.  Reliant will send you a receipt to confirm that they received it.

I totally understand. Many people don’t carry their checkbook with them these days.  What I can do is leave with you this envelope.  Once you’ve had a chance to write that first gift you can just drop it and the form in the mail to me.  Can I ask, when should I watch for that gift in the mail?
