If a crisis has occurred that has reached a level 3 crisis status within your field team, depending on the severity and urgency of the international incidents please reach out to Reliant in one of the following ways to report the crisis immediately.

It is required that all international field team members add the contact number (850-RELIANT) for the Reliant international crisis hotline to their phone as well as memorize the Reliant international crisis hotline number to be able to use in the case of an emergency. (See Crisis Management Plan) It is also a requirement that each international team create a group text using an approved app (such as WhatsApp or Signal) that includes team members as well as the International Crisis Manager (Matt Elkins) and the Field Operations Lead (Cori Crawford Van Oss) for security/crisis communication between Reliant and the field team members. This will allow the ability for team members and Reliant to receive group texts, record voice text messages, send pictures, etc. In the event of a crisis, remember to always follow your customized contingency plans (or find a generic Contingency Planning template that you can follow). |
