The Aetna Resources for Living Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all Reliant employees (with the exception of our Reliant International staff currently covered under the Aetna medical plan) beginning 1/1/2021.

The The COVID-19 pandemic has caused people around the world to experience the stress of making regular adaptations in uncertain circumstances. Reliant is committed to proactively supporting wellness among our staff during the pandemic and beyond. Therefore, beginning in 2021 we are introducing a new service: The Aetna Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Employees referred for counseling will receive structured telephonic, face-to-face, or online support. A case manager oversees the process of matching the Once you have been connected to a counselor, sessions last up to 50 minutes. The Aetna plan covers 6 counseling sessions per issue, per year, per enrolled member (or family member). Aetna can connect employees to Christian counselors based on the employee's preferences.
