- Who initiates this? Liaison should walk missionaries through the steps below
- When? At the loss of a spouse or at a time of divorce

- Word of mouth from a trusted source, the missionary, verbal or written?
- Liaison and/or Gift Services: If both people were on staff with Reliant, we might need to change the Fund Description name and possibly update the Aliases list in CRM. Possibly remove the spouse's name or change the last name if the female is changing their last name.
- If the missionary is changing their last name, they will need to send in a new Social Security Card to payroll@reliant.org so Payroll may update their last name in their FE Record.
