Then, ask them to set up a profile on Reliant.org, where they can start a new recurring gift and indicate they want to give by check, then send their check directly to Reliant. Make sure the check is made out to Reliant with your name and fund number included in the memo line.

If they don't want to use the website, then, 

Give give them a How to Start Giving card to fill out and send directly to Reliant with their first check.

If they cannot complete a How to Start Giving card, then,

Ask  ask them to send the first check directly to Reliant. Complete the New Gift Form on Staffnet and email it to giftservices@reliant.org ideally before the check arrives at Reliant. This ensures the gift is correctly directed to the account you are responsible for.
