Download the Phone App before you travel in the US and overseas on Reliant business.
Reliant Mission carries travel insurance assistance for when you are traveling for work in the US. On your phone, look for "AIG Business Travel Assistance" and download the app. You will be asked to create a user account. Use your Reliant email address. The Policy Number is: 9120160. You may also use AIG's website to login to your account: https://travelguard.secure.force.comcreate an account and login: www.aig.com/us/travelguardassistance
You may sign up to receive AIG's daily email, Global News Watch, which provides a snapshot of global security and travel issues in a simple format to keep you abreast of global events. You may also sign up to receive Security Travel Alerts for your trip.
There is also a travel brochure (AIG Travel AssistGuard) which has a complete list of services offered by ChartisTravel Guard. Included on the back of the brochure is a cut-out wallet ID size card. Take the card and fill it out with the following information:
Insured Person: Your Name

The Assistance No.: Phone numbers are found on the back of the Chartis AIG Travel Guard brochure, and the Reliant Policy No.: GTP 0009120160
Keep this card with you when you travel in the US and overseas on Reliant business.
Use the numbers on the Chartis Travel Guard Brochure: in within the US and Canada 877-249244-51976871; outside the US (01-715-295346-9624 0859 (call collect). Please call these numbers for any medical assistance, medical evacuation, repatriation (arrangements for the return of bodily remains), legal assistance, lost luggage/passport, or other related US travel assistance.
Note: Claims for reimbursement of covered expenses must be submitted within 20 days of the event of the loss, or as soon thereafter as reasonably possible.

Ace Travel App
Reliant highly recommends downloading the “Ace Insurance” phone App before you travel overseas. Go to https://www.acetravelapp.com/TA/index.html and create a user profile on ACE’s Travel App website. We suggest doing this on your computer because it’s easier than on your phone. You will be asked to enter your email address and Reliant’s Policy Number which is PHFD38303788001. After you have set up your profile, please add the ACE Insurance app to your mobile phone so you may have the information available when you’re traveling. The app will have information about the place you’re traveling to, embassy info, contact phone numbers, etc.
